About Me - Theresa Durrant
I am proud to say that I have been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2008.
My experience of working in recruitment has been instrumental in helping individuals forge out their careers in what is a very competitive market. Recognising that professional growth is more than just helping people to find their next job, I embarked on a career as a professional career and performance coach.
My experience includes helping tech start-ups to grow their businesses, helping teams to perform better and working with individuals to help them achieve their dreams.
I am an NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner and also hold a CPCAB Level 2 & 3 in Counselling Studies certifications.
